These terms govern use of nvbcd.com, the free vibe coding test, Rehab purchases, and Teams / B2B assessments. By using the site or buying Rehab, you agree to them. Related: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Contact.

1. What NVBCD is

NVBCD is a fictional and humorous concept. It is not a medical or psychological diagnostic service. The test, scores, diagnoses, Rehab program, and B2B reports are entertainment and educational tools — not clinical advice, hiring decisions, or professional certification.

2. The free test

The vibe coding test is free. Results are generated automatically from your answers. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or that a score reflects real-world skill. You may retake the test; retakes are excluded from public aggregate stats.

3. Goods and services / Товари та послуги

We sell digital products and services on nvbcd.com:

  • Rehab — a one-time paid digital email program (days 0, 1, 3, 7, 14, 30). The current price is shown on Rehab and at checkout before payment.
  • Teams — B2B assessment plans. Prices are shown on Teams (Starter / Team / Company on request). Candidates do not pay.

No physical goods are sold.

4. Payment methods / Способи оплати

  • Payments are processed by WayForPay on their secure page (secure.wayforpay.com).
  • Available methods are those offered by WayForPay at checkout (typically bank cards and other methods enabled for the merchant).
  • Rehab is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay (currency as displayed).
  • We do not store your full card number.

5. Delivery / Доставка та строки надання

  • Delivery is digital only — by email to the address you provide at checkout.
  • Day 0 of Rehab is sent immediately after a successful payment (usually within minutes; allow up to 24 hours if mail is delayed).
  • Further Rehab emails follow the program schedule (days 1, 3, 7, 14, 30).
  • There is no postal / courier delivery and no shipping cost.
  • Service is considered delivered when Day 0 is sent (or made available) to the checkout email.

6. Refunds / Повернення коштів

Summary: refunds only if we fail to deliver access (for example Day 0 never arrives). Write to rehab@nvbcd.com. Changing your mind after purchase is not a refund ground.

EU/EEA/UK: at checkout you must confirm consent to immediate access to the Rehab program. That consent also confirms you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once Day 0 is delivered, as allowed under the Consumer Rights Directive when you request early performance.

7. Teams / B2B assessment

Companies may use Teams assessments to evaluate coding independence in a humorous, structured format. Candidates do not pay. NVBCD does not hire or reject anyone and does not make employment decisions.

The inviting company is solely responsible for how it uses the report, including any HR, hiring, or internal decisions. Do not use NVBCD scores as the sole basis for automated rejection of candidates.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • scrape or harvest the site, questions, or results with automated tools at scale
  • manipulate or farm the test to distort public stats or scores
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or payment flows
  • use the site in a way that harms other users or the service

We may throttle, block, or refuse access when abuse is detected.

9. Limitation of liability

This section is a placeholder structure only. Final wording must be reviewed by counsel before it is treated as binding limitation language.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NVBCD and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the free test, Rehab content, or B2B reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer or other law (including where you are an EU consumer).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the site or a new Rehab purchase after an update means you accept the version then published.
