What you buy

Rehab is a digital one-time purchase: an email program delivered to the address you give at checkout. There is no physical shipment.

When we refund

We refund the payment only if we fail to deliver access, for example:

  • Day 0 never arrives after a successful payment (allow up to 24 hours, then write to us);
  • a confirmed technical failure on our side that prevents you from receiving the program.

When we do not refund

  • Changing your mind after purchase;
  • not liking the content or results;
  • entering a wrong email (write to us — we can resend to a corrected address where possible);
  • chargebacks without first contacting support when delivery was successful.

How to request a refund / Порядок повернення

  1. Email rehab@nvbcd.com from the address used at checkout.
  2. Include: order / payment date, amount, and WayForPay transaction id if you have it.
  3. We review the request and reply within a few business days.
  4. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through WayForPay (timing depends on the bank / payment provider, usually several business days).

Cancelling a transaction / Скасування транзакції

  • Before payment is completed on WayForPay, you can abandon checkout — no charge.
  • After a successful payment, cancellation means a refund under the rules above (delivery failure), not a “cool-off” for change of mind.

EU/EEA/UK withdrawal

At checkout you confirm consent to immediate access to digital content. Once Day 0 is delivered, you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content where the law allows this after early performance with your consent.
